All card-stock toppers are designed to fit within a space of approximately 14cm high x 16cm wide and are proportionately sized. They will suit a cake that ranges in size from 5" - 8".

NOTICE & AVAILABILITY TIMEFRAMES
All our toppers are custom made by hand to order. If you would like to collect (located in Stafford, QLD) please allow at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you require postage, please allow up 7-10 days notice.

Made from Glitter or Metallic Cardstocks (thick cardboard paper stock).
Made in Australia.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not put topper in the fridge, the cardstock will absorb moisture and droop.
Do not allow children to play with topper - THIS IS NOT A TOY.
Store topper in dry flat place like a book (this will help it keep it's flat shape).
After time topper may start to curl (remember it's made from paper).
Your topper is fragile handle it with care.
SHIPPING & HANDLING INFO
We only ship within Australia.
Flat rate shipping and handling costs includes safe packaging of the topper and parcel post shipping.
We ship via Australia Post and use Parcel Post satchels (335mm x 220mm) to ship our toppers.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your topper to arrive.
CLICK & COLLECT
We require at least 48 hours notice for Click & Collect orders. Collection is available our home studio located in Stafford, QLD.
Once your order is received you will be notified when it is ready for collection, the address will be provided to you at that time. We do not have a shop you can pop into to see what stock we have available. All toppers are custom made for time of order.
ORDER PLACEMENT TIMES
If your order is placed on a Saturday/Sunday or Public Holiday it will be processed on the next working business day.
You must allow a minimum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your topper to be made. We make them by hand and require this time.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
As this is a custom made product all orders are final and no returns or refunds are available unless the topper is faulty.
