Finding a cake artisan to make your cake can be tricky.  So to assist your decision process & to make sure I'm the right cake artisan for you, please take a moment to read the information below before submitting a quote request.

CAN I GIVE YOU A CALL TO DISCUSS?
Given that I'm always in the kitchen baking & decorating cakes it is difficult for me to speak over the phone, for this reason I request that any questions you may have be done via email.  I have lots of clients and can't always remember the details of each and every request so by keeping an email trail I can easily refer to our correspondence to check on details.

CAN I COME VISIT YOUR SHOP TO DISCUSS MY CAKE REQUIREMENTS?
No - I work out of a private residence and do not have a shop for you to visit.
 
WHY CAN'T I JUST SEND AN EMAIL TO GET A PRICE?
My time and your's is valuable! 
As I've mentioned above I'm always in the kitchen baking & decorating cakes, my availability to sit down
on the computer to respond to the many requests received is limited.
The quote request form has all the information I need to be able to efficiently and quickly respond to your enquiry.

WHAT AREAS' DO YOU DELIVERY TO?
Delivery is available for the Brisbane Metro region only.
Delivery is available for multi-tiered cakes from Thursday - Saturday.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE GOLD/SUNSUNSHINE COAST REGIONS?
Unfortunately, I don't offer delivery to these areas. 
It can take upwards of 3 hours return to base to deliver a cake to these areas.
Being a sole trader (one woman show) I prefer to concentrate on my local area.

WHY DON'T YOU OFFER DELIVERY FOR SINGLE/SMALL TIER CAKES?
To be honest with you, delivery of smaller cakes is not cost effective for you the client or me as a business.
Single/small tier cakes are very easy for you to collect from my studio which is located in Stafford.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
My minimum delivery charge is $75.00

HOW/WHERE DO I COLLECT MY CAKE?
All single & small tiered cakes can be easily collected from our studio which is located in Stafford.
Cake collections are available at allocated times from Thursday - Saturday each week.
Thursday's - 2pm - 4pm
Friday's - 12pm - 4pm
Saturday's - 10am - 12pm
 
No cake collections or deliveries are available on Sunday's.

MY EVENT IS ON A SUNDAY CAN I COLLECT OR GET MY CAKE DELIVERED THEN?
We are closed on Sunday's for some much needed rest & relaxation time with family & friends. 
If your event falls on a Sunday you can collect your cake on Saturday morning and store it in the fridge overnight. 
If you are having a multi-tiered cake delivered most venue's we work with will allow us to deliver the cake on Saturday to be stored in the fridge overnight. 

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Tuesday - Friday 10am - 4pm
Saturday 10am - 1pm
Sunday, Monday & Public Holidays' Closed

WHEN CAN I EXPECT YOU TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST?
I try hard to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours but please be aware that as I am constantly in the kitchen baking, decorating and prepping orders most days of the week, it may take a little longer to respond to your enquiry especially if it is received outside our listed hours.

DO YOU CATER TO ALLERGY REQUESTS?
I offer a small range Gluten Free flavour options.
I'm sorry but I'm not able to cater for dairy free, lactose free, vegan or any other speciality requests.
 
WHAT TYPE OF CAKES DO YOU MAKE?
I specialise in making BUTTERCREAM cakes & cupcakes only. 
I don't work with or make fondant covered/novelty shaped cakes.
I don't offer fondant figurines or embellishments on cakes.

DO YOU HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR MY DATE?
While I do my very best to ensure the below dates are accurate, sometimes I do become booked out before I'm able to update them.
Limited availability generally means I only have enough space to fit in a couple of additional cakes and availability will depend on size requirements as I have limited fridge space.
