Our second most popular flavour in the range.
This one is for the cake connoisseur that appreciates the simple but sophisticated flavour of a dam good vanilla cake.
*Suggested filling - keep it simple with vanilla buttercream or jazz it up with any of my jams & curds.
Canadian Maple
Close your eyes and imagine you’re having pancakes & ice-cream for breakfast and that exactly what this flavour tastes like.
*Suggested filling - maple syrup & vanilla buttercream.
Caramello
By far our most popular flavour choice.
Smooth & creamy with just the right amount of caramel.

Double Choc*
A luscious & rich full bodied chocolate cake fit for any occasion with both milk & dark chocolate.

Coconut & Macadamia
My scrumptious & versatile vanilla cake batter has ribbons of shredded coconut and chunks of macadamia nuts.

A delightful lemon cake with grated lemon zest gives it just the right amount of citrus zing.

Starting with my delicious vanilla bean cake base I add crushed fresh strawberries.
