ABOUT OUR COLLARS
The slip collar gets it name because it simply slips over the floof's head, so no need to fiddle with clips and buckles – just slip on and go! The slip collar is ideal for loose lead walking and looking generally fabulous at any time of the day or night. Whilst you know your pet’s behavior best please use your own judgement as to when and where your floof wears the collar.
All our slip collars are individually hand-made in Brisbane using strong & durable products.
We use stainless steel rings and crimps along with a 160kg rated breaking strength resin coated marine grade 7 x 7 steel thread wire.
Our beads are mostly sourced from a local supplier and are made from a range of acrylic, resin, wood & polymer clay beads.
Our collars are waterproof tested in both fresh and sea water and have proven to be reliable and strong.
For your pet’s safety we recommend always taking off collars during play, when crated, and whenever your pet may be unsupervised.
HOW TO MEASURE
Our collars are made differently and fit differently to others you may already own so it is important that before placing an order you read our
"how to measure" guide so that you order the correct size for your floof. Please note our sizes are in inches not centimeters.
Our collars are designed to slip on/off your dogs head, please do not guess the size collar to order as it may not fit correctly

Use a soft tape measure with inches to take your floof's measurements.
If using a body tape measure make sure to read the measurement from "0" not the end of the tape measure.
Please do not use a hard tape measure. These will not fit to your floof's head & will give an incorrect measurement, they may also cause harm to your floof.
If you do not own a soft tape measure use a piece of string or ribbon to take the measurements, then measure the string/ribbon with a ruler or hard tape measure.
Do not allow extra room or place fingers under tape measure whilst taking measurements.
Measure at the widest part of your floof's head.
The widest part of your floof's head is normally just in front of their ears, in the middle of the head.
The tape measure should be snug but not pulled tightly so that the fur pushes out.
Measure around your floof's neck, again the tape measure should be snug.
If your floof's neck measurement is larger than the head measurement, select the larger measurement to ensure a comfortable fit. This should be where you expect the collar to sit, generally in the middle (not at the base of the neck).
PRO TIPS
Practice sliding the tape measure over the floof's head to get the perfect fit!
If the measurement is in-between 2 full numbers use the larger of the two sizes as your measurement.
LONG HAIRED FLUFFY FLOOF'S
Our collars are designed to fit snug & are best suited for short-haired floof breeds.
HOWEVER, we have made plenty of collars for long haired floof's. To ensure that your collar does not get lost in your floof's fluff we suggest ordering a larger size collar. Use your tape measure to estimate where you would like the collar to hang on their neck to get the best size.

Yes you most certainly can.
CAN MY PUPPY WEAR THESE COLLARS
As our collars are not adjustable we do not recommend buying a collar until your dog is close to full grown.
Dogs grow so fast, and we’d rather you have the ability to use our collar for a long long time!
