A dozen of our Mixed Mini's (Cupcakes) are topped with our scrumptious signature vanilla buttercream and contain minimal decorations.
*No flavour selections are available - the flavours & qty's change weekly dependant on what's being baked each week in our kitchen.
To reduce wastage in our kitchen, we use our excess cake batters to create these yummy bite size flavour explosions.
Available for pick up only on Friday's & Saturday's at selected times. Dessert Cups are in limited supply each week.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
Whilst we abide by the applicable law in relation to the supply of our products, no exchange or refund will be given for change of mind or any reasons other than defects/faults caused by us the product manufacturer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you have received a defective product please contact us in writing within 3 days of receiving it. Please advise us of the order number and any information about the defect including photos to show the damage/defect.
Once we receive your email, we will contact you about a replacement.
CAKE TOPPER SIZE
Topper Dimensions are Approx. up to 145mm wide. The height is proportionate to the width.
SPIKE HEIGHT
The spike length is approx. 5cm + (dependant on width of topper, smaller toppers may have a longer stem length.

PRODUCTION TIMES
All of our products are made to order. Production times will depend on the product chosen. We do not keep a large qty of stock & may be required to order stock to complete the product. As a time guide the following processing & production times apply (excludes shipping time)

PROOF’S
We do not supply proofs for pre-designed toppers unless one is requested.
For custom orders we will email you a design sketch (usually within 48 hours) for your approval. So be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there ☹
We allow up to 2 changes to the design included in the sale price.
More than 2 changes per design will incur a $5/design change fee.
EDIBLE & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS POLICY’S
POSTAGE & SHIPPING
We are unable to ship/deliver cakes/cupcakes/donuts etc . DO NOT choose a postage option at check out.
CAKE SAMPLE BOXES
Our cake sample boxes are only available for collection on certain Saturday's throughout the year.
Collection times - Saturday - 9am -12pm (allocated time).
We are unable to offer cake sample boxes outside of our scheduled times.
ALL COLLECTIONS ARE STRICTLY NON-CONTACT. During Covid we implemented a non-contact driveway collection process. This has worked so well for us and our clients that we have continued this process. Once your order has been confirmed you will receive a meeting invitation with your scheduled collection time & our pick up address, please be sure to check your junk folder and contact us if you have not received it.
ALLERGEN ADVICE
We are unable to offer allergen friendly cakes.
Please be advised that our products may contain or have come in contact with common allergens, such as but not limited to, eggs, egg whites, wheat, gluten, diary, shellfish, fish, soy, milk solids, sulphates, preservatives, celery, tree nuts, peanuts, coconut. If you have any allergy concerns, we suggest you do not consume this product.
PERISHABLE PODUCTS REFUND POLICY
If you have any issue with your cake, please contact us immediately so we have the opportunity to fix the issue. Consumption of the cake is viewed as your acceptance that the cake is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied and no refunds will be considered.
A refund or exchange will be considered in limited circumstances of dissatisfaction and only with regard to quality or damage due to our actions.
Should you find your cake is faulty and you require a refund we must be notified within 24hrs of pickup/delivery that there is a fault with your cake. The cake must be returned to us within 36 hrs of the pick-up/delivery time. No refunds will be given if the order has been served, tampered with and is not returned in the original packaging & within the applicable time period. We will investigate on a case by case basis and advise you of our findings within 48 hours upon the return of the product.
CAKE DESIGN & VARIATIONS
The cake design is as described and not available to be customised other than the options listed.
We advise that slight variations in decorations, colours and sprinkle mixes may occur as this product is hand-made and as such no 2 products are “exactly the same”. Your cake will look similar to the photo & description listed but may vary slightly.
ORDER TIMEFRAMES
Our online cake orders close each week on Tuesday at 9pm. Orders received after this time may not be able to be processed due to high demand. Orders placed after this time where you have not previously contacted us to check if we can procced will be given a refund minus a $5 administration fee.
