Our ingredient list is simple & clean with no preservatives added.  We use fresh good quality & locally sourced ingredients.

The texture of our cakes is lighter than a mud cake but denser than a sponge. 


We have kept our flavour range simple, with all cakes, fillings & buttercreams made fresh from scratch.

Madagascan Vanilla Bean*

Our second most popular flavour in the range. This one is for the cake connoisseur that appreciates the simple but sophisticated flavour of a dam good vanilla cake - filled with vanilla SMBC

Canadian Maple

Close your eyes and imagine you’re having pancakes & ice-cream for breakfast and that exactly what this flavour tastes like – filled with Canadian maple syrup & vanlla SMBC.


By far our most popular flavour choice. It is smooth and creamy with just the right amount of caramel that makes this one not overly sweet – filled with caramel dulce de leche & vanilla SMBC

Double Choc*

A luscious & rich full bodied chocolate cake fit for any occasion with both milk & dark chocolate – filled with runny chocolate sauce & chocolate SMBC

Coconut & Macadamia

Our newest flavour option using two of my all-time fave ingredients coconut & macadamia.  Our delightful vanilla bean cake is boosted with extra flavour from ribbons of coconut and chunks of macadamia nuts – filled with caramel dulce de leche & vanilla SMBC

Lemon Twist*

This delightful lemon cake has grated lemon zest and a splash of lemon juice to give it just the right amount of citrus zing – filled with lemon curd & lemon SMBC (also available as Lemon Poppy Seed Twist)


Cookies n Cream

We start with our yummy vanilla bean base flavour and lace it with crushed cookie pieces – filled with gooey chocolate sauce & cookies n cream SMBC

Double Choc Brownie

Starting with our double choc + a hint of espresso we add generous handfuls of chopped walnuts – filled with caramel dulce de leche & chocolate SMBC

Strawberry Crush

We add crushed & puréed fresh strawberries to our delicious vanilla bean base flavour – filled with strawberry jam & strawberry SMBC

Raspberry Smash

Take our vanilla bean base flavour, mix in dollop of pureed raspberries and thrown in some smashed fresh raspberries just for good measure and you’ve got a raspberry smash cake – filled with raspberry jam & raspberry SMBC

Raspberry Lemon Squeeze

Our zesty lemon twist cake is paired with fresh crushed raspberry chunks blended together to make a delightfully zingy cake – filled with lemon curd & lemon SMBC
