💖 HOW TO PLACE A CAKE TOPPER ORDER 

​

 

🧁 Choose Your Topper Type

To get inspired, browse through our GALLERY of toppers we’ve created for hundreds of happy customers

from birthdays, weddings, and engagements to anniversaries, baby showers, christenings, and more!
When you’re ready, select the custom topper product you’d like,

for example: Large Custom Topper or Small Custom Double Layer Topper.

📏 STEP 2 — Choose A Size

Simply click on the Small or Large product to start your order.
Small - Proportionally designed to fit within A5 size (approx. 148mm x 200mm)
Large - Proportionally designed to fit within A4 size (approx. 200mm x 300mm)

🎨Personalise Your Topper

From the drop-down menu options, pick your colour, and add all the details in the

text box — names, ages, wording,or a short description of what you’d like your topper to look like.

(Tip: The more detail you give, the easier it is to get your design just right!)

📅Tell Us When You Need It

In the Date Required section, write the latest date you need your topper

(this helps us make sure it’s ready in time).
Then click Add to Cart — easy!

🚚Shipping Options & Payment

Choose the shipping option that suits you — Click & Collect or Australia Post.
Then pay safely online using your credit card at checkout.

💌 We Design & Send A Proof for Approval

We’ll email you a design proof so you can see exactly how your topper will look.
📧 Make sure to add hello@cakemydaybyjo.com.au to your list of safe senders so

our email doesn’t land in your spam folder.
✅ Approve the design sketch before we start cutting — nothing is made without your OK!

📦 We Cut, Pack & Send

Once approved, your topper is made with care, beautifully packaged, and either ready for pickup or shipped straight to you.
You’ll receive an email with your collection details or tracking info once it’s on the way.
