Because we custom make our cake toppers in our Stafford studio we can make almost any design your heart desires.
All our cake toppers are made to order and are ready for collection within 48 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays or if you require a proof)
Postage for cake toppers is per topper, choose your shipping method below and then choose click & collect at check out so you are not charged twice for shipping.
Shipping is available via Australia Post within 48 hours of approval of proof.
We can also Express Ship for when you need your topper in a hurry.
Topper Dimensions: Approximately 145mm width with proportionate height.
Spike Size: 5cm minimum. (If you dont require the spike on your topper simply leave us a message in the comments section at checkout).
No returns or exchange on custom made items.

Once your order has been processed we will dispatch your order via Australia Post. We will notify you (via email) of a tracking number shortly after your order has shipped and you can track the progress via the Australia Post Website.
PLEASE NOTE: AUSTRALIA POST NETWORK IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19.
Standard Shipping - Regular Parcel Post via Australia Post usually takes 3-7 days to arrive once we have shipped your item.
If you require your order quicker, we recommend you collect your order or choose Express Shipping option.
Please ensure you have entered the correct Shipping Address - this is your responsibility not ours.
If you have made an error after checking your order email please contact us at hello@cakemydaybyjo.com.au immediately to have the address changed.
Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If your order is sent back to us, you will need to pay to have it re-posted.
