Can I change elements of the cake design if I purchase it online?


Unfortunately no, the cakes that we have designed to be purchased online have been specifically designed to be made at short notice and do not allow for extra customisations.

If you wish to order a custom cake please send an email to hello@cakemydaybyjo.com.au and we can provide a quotation for you.




Do you offer delivery for cakes/cupcakes purchased online?


Unfortunately we can not provide delivery for cakes/cupcakes purchased online. These cakes/cupcakes are only available for collection.




Do you offer shipping for any cake decorating products purchased online?


At this stage cake decorating supplies and pre-designed cakes are only available as Click & Collect.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an additional email advising you the date and time your products/cake will be available for collection.

It's important to note that your products/cake will not be available for collection until you receive the confirmation email with the collection date and time.

If you show up and have not received the collection date and time your products/cake will not be available.

If you have received your confirmation email and wish to change the date/time of collection please phone us (0403 893 904) immediately to avoid being disappointed.




Do you have any Gluten/Vegan/Dairy Free cakes available to purchase online?


Unfortunately we are unable to cater to any dietary requirements for online cakes.




What Payment Methods do you accept?


We accept PayPal via our secure payment gateway. All transactions incur a 2% administration processing fee and will appear as GST on your invoice. Please note that payments processed on a non-banking day (i.e. weekends and public holidays) may not be cleared until the next banking day. Orders for products or cakes will not be available for collection until the payment is cleared. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.




Can I cancel my order once I have paid?


Cake Decorating Products:

If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to discuss a cancelation at our discretion money may be refunded less an administration fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and are awaiting collection.

Cakes/Cupcakes/Cakepops & Cookies:

Once an order is placed and payment has been received the order cannot be cancelled.

Cake Classes:

Make sure you check the class date and times to ensure you can attend before completing the check-out process.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or transfer you to another date if you are unable to attend your class once you have paid. We can accept a name change if you would like to send a friend or family member in your place.
