My name is Jo and I started my cake journey 10 years ago! After several years of working full time and baking full time, I quit my day job in 2016 and founded Cake My Day by Jo.
Since then I have spent time developing many tasty premium cake flavours (all baked from scratch, no pre-mixes here) and I have become one of Brisbane’s best buttercream wedding & celebration cake specialist.
With each and every cake created, I use the freshest, most natural, highest quality and locally sourced ingredients (including organic when ever I can get my hands on it) giving my cakes a fantastic flavour & texture. It will leave you licking your fingers & wanting more…

I love working with beautiful fresh blooms, silk alternatives, chocolate shards, chocolate sails, isomalt shards, macarons & chocolate drips and as with all Cake Artisan's I am a perfectionist! Each cake I design and create is unique, absolutely spectacular and a work of edible art.
